Registration and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet these requirements before registering.

You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and, in some circumstances, documentation confirming your source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.
The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use by eligible individuals for the purposes of online betting and casino entertainment. You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
References to cricket, PSL, T20, ICC or any sports body are for contextual purposes only. bt9393 does not claim any official partnership, sponsorship or endorsement from PCB, PSL, ICC or any national cricket board or sporting organisation.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Withdrawals from your account are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. bt9393 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until satisfactory identity verification has been completed.

Withdrawal requests will remain pending until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must stake before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established. While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit applies per individual bet or game round. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet amount is stated in individual promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% of each bet staked toward wagering. Live casino games, table games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation or crediting to your account. bt9393 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements; or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional mechanics.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport or game in question. These rules are displayed within the relevant betting interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. bt9393 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) there is evidence of technical error in the odds displayed; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect market manipulation; or (c) the bet exceeds stated stake limits for the relevant market.
bt9393 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were the result of a manifest or obvious error, including an incorrect line, incorrect price or system malfunction, even where the bet has already been confirmed. Users will be notified and stakes returned in such circumstances.
Live / in-play betting markets move in real time. bt9393 is not liable for delays between the Platform's stated odds and real-world events. Bets placed on live markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Connectivity issues affecting your ability to place or modify bets during live play are your responsibility to manage.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in a verified account in good standing will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance and standard withdrawal processing timelines.
bt9393 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a User has violated these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) a User is found to be accessing from a Restricted Jurisdiction; (d) a User fails to satisfy KYC requirements within the requested timeframe; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose bt9393 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bt9393 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit some or all funds, bonuses and winnings held in the account at the time of closure. Any dispute as to such forfeiture will be addressed through the Platform's dispute resolution process.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt9393 expressly excludes all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the Platform's availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
bt9393 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the basis of the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
bt9393 is not responsible for the acts, omissions or content of third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. Any issues arising from payment provider conduct must be resolved directly with that provider.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
